Sourced directly from family farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Yemen. We know every grower by name.

Slow-roasted, small batches

We roast twice a week in batches under 8 kg, so the bag you take home was roasted within the last 5 days.

Brewed by hand

Pour-over, espresso, and Moroccan-style filter. No automation in the cup.

Find us in the medina, just past Bab el Fahs.
